Royal Haskoning manages the €165 million Multilateral Carbon Credit Fund for non-Annex I Eastern European countries carrying out emissions reduction projects funded by EBRD and EIB. We advise on, and issue legal contracts for, the exchange of carbon credits as well as liaising between project owners, national authorities and governments, the banks and Kyoto Protocol operatives.
