Sama Dubai contracted Royal Haskoning to assess and improve the sustainability of the design of the prestigious Salam Yiti Resort and Spa to be built in Oman.

Salam Yiti Resort and Spa - Oman

The Salam Yiti Resort and Spa is a large green field development in the Muscat area. It will feature a five star hotel, hundreds of luxurious villa’s, a marina, an 18 holes golf course and many more. Sama Dubai’s intend is to realize a sustainable development, where innovative solutions are realized. Royal Haskoning assessed all designs related to the infrastructure of the development, and recommended improvements to increase the sustainability.
